Terms and conditions – To Participate

• No change in team members will be entertained once registered with NSDC.
• Nominations with incorrect/non-working URLs will be rejected.
• Incomplete/erroneous nomination forms will be rejected (please fill all mandatory fields).
• The product should have been implemented/live and not work in progress.
• Intranet applications will not be considered.
• Social Media pages will not be nominated under any category.
• Requests to extend nomination date will not be entertained in any case unless recommended by the authority concerned.

• Entry to the registration & nomination process is open to all Sector Skill Councils, Training Partners/Training Centers and Assessment agencies who are part of skilling ecosystem Pan-India.
• The nomination process is a time bound activity, and all the nominations will be accepted till Apr 30, 2022 by 11:59 PM.
• The applications are only accepted in English language.
• One participant will be eligible to win only once in a particular award category. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not qualify them for multiple wins during the same process.
• The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the process from time to time.
• Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn.
• A maximum of 3 top scoring participants from each of the categories will be selected for final evaluation by Jury members.
• The announced winners will be required to share their bank details for the disbursement of the reward money. The organization name should match with the name on the bank account for reward money disbursement.
• In case it is found that a participant has used unfair means to compete in the process, the entry may get rejected.
• NSDC will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond NSDC’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
• NSDC reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the NSDC or its stakeholders. The registrations shall be void if the information received by NSDC is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous.
• NSDC employees and their family members are debarred from participating in this process.
• NSDC’s/Jury decision on the winner selection shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
